Individual and group-based mentorship and coaching.

Industry Workshop

Employment-related workshops focused on the health industry.

Financial Support

Financial wraparound support for skills training.

Work opportunities and support

Employment or Work opportunities for paid positions and up to 12 weeks of post-job opportunity support.

Employer engagement training

Employer engagement training sessions on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Internationally educated health professional (IEHP)

Canadian Language Benchmark Test (CLBT) - Level 7

Permanent Resident, Convention Refugee, Canadian Citizen

Previous experience in healthcare in the home country

Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Clients who are eligible for the Employment Pathways in Canada - Health Careers (EPIC-HC) program will receive an exclusive login for the full website.
